Role:
We are looking to hire a reliable Receptionist/CSR driven to succeed.
This person is responsible for taking payments, making outbound calls, answering phones and processing documents.
The first person to answer the phone and support the office staff.
This is an entry level position and we are looking for someone who wants to grow into something more.
Job Elements include:
(Everyday tasks) Servicing an organized book of business, making appointments, attending meetings, calling prospective clients, maintaining quality service relationships with established clients
(Long-term goals) Developing into an Agency producer.
This will hold an account manager role with clients.
The goal is to make this transition in 1 to 2 years.
