Job Summary:
Kiddie Academy is looking for a dynamic and organized supportive member to join our Rancho Cucamonga location as a Support Front Desk Help member.
This position is responsible for administrative responsibilities, communicating with families, inquiries, and providing excellent service to ensure our mission of quality education and safety as part of the existing team.

Responsibilities:
- Front office tasks and duties, including customer service responsibilities, maintaining accurate records, answering phones, and coordinating school daily operations with the director.
- Accountable for enforcing safety protocols and adhering to state regulations
- Research and develop innovative ways to engage with families, staff and children
- Create and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with parents and families
Requirements:
- Proven success in customer service and problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols
