Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system - Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience preferred - Fluent in English - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Sales experience is a plus, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns when required - Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply We offer competitive pay and benefits packages.
