Scott Equipment is an authorized dealer for Kobelco, New Holland and Doosan lines of construction equipment.
Servicing all Southern California, we are a full-service dealership featuring sales, service, parts and rentals.
Scott Equipment currently has an opening in the Parts Department for Parts Associate.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1\.
Receive all inventory in daily from various carriers.
2\.
Prepare all customer shipments daily.
3\.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
4\.
Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
5\.
Pulls and fills orders from stock as needed.
6\.
Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
7\.
Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
8\.
Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.
9\.
Follows up on back-ordered parts.
10\.
Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or needed.
11\.
Replenishes assigned inventory on a daily basis.
12\.
Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1\.
Must have the ability to speak English and Spanish.
2\.
Must present a professional attitude when dealing with people.
3\.
Ability to be prompt and have good attendance is essential.
Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.
This position reports directly to the Parts Department Manager.

Salary Range $40,000 - $45,000 Annual.
