We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients.
*Position Overview:*As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, guiding them on their fitness journey and providing exceptional support to help them achieve their goals.
You will work closely with clients, offering personalized attention, conducting regular check-ins, and organizing engaging events to foster a strong sense of community and achievement.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted resource for their fitness aspirations.
* Collaborate with clients to set achievable fitness goals and create personalized action plans.
* Proactively engage with clients through regular phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
* Ensure a 95% member retention rate by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and providing solutions.
* Encourage participation in monthly member assessments to track progress and tailor fitness plans.
* Monitor client attendance and reach out to those not meeting their weekly workout goals.
* Conduct follow-up calls every 15 days to check in on clients, provide motivation, and gather feedback.
* Promote upselling opportunities, such as member challenges, to enhance clients' fitness experiences.
* Coordinate and organize monthly in-person member events to build a sense of community and camaraderie.
* Prepare and send milestone cards to celebrate clients' achievements and progress.
* Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure seamless client experience during fitness challenges.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on program details, fitness trends, and customer service techniques.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a related role.
* Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems.
* Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client interactions.
* Comfortable making phone calls and engaging in personable conversations.
* Familiarity with fitness assessments and goal-setting processes is a plus.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
* Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
* Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
