Spearhead Internal training processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Dive deep into behavioral health business and clinical risk management, staying abreast or policies and accreditation standards.

In lieu of Quality Assurance Program experience: Four (4) or more years of experience in a managed care setting required, and/or utilization management operations.
Key Qualifications Knowledge of standardization of utilization management activities.
Knowledge of or experience of transportation under utilization management operations; transportation call center will be accepted as equivalent.
