Job Description Hourly Rate: $22 - $24 per hour Responsibilities: Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone, email, and live chat.
Listen actively to understand customers' needs and concerns, and offer appropriate solutions and assistance.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that customers are informed of any updates or delays.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Tribeca Outsourcing's products, services, and offerings, as well as our clients' businesses and industries.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and special offers to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and effective manner, taking ownership of issues and following through to resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system.
Ensure that all information is entered correctly and kept confidential.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements based on customer feedback and insights.
Collaborate with team members and management to implement solutions and best practices.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
