*Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:*
* Process new customer sales orders promptly; verify for accuracy and completeness
* Identify customer needs, clarify, and research every issue providing favorable resolutions
* Make recommendations to customers for additional products and services that will exceed their expectations and increase sales margin
* Ensure customers feel heard, valued, and appreciated by active listening to concerns and responding in a genuine manner
* Comply with dress code and attendance rules and be available to work regularly
* Develop a sound plan with the customer service and sales team to drive sales profits and increase client awareness
* Qualify customers for new sales promotions our clients have to offer and inform them of the benefits we have to offer by staying up to date with current promotions and attending zoom meetings
*Customer Service Representative Requirements:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in a high-energy, team-oriented environment is highly desired!
* A minimum of two years of previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, or other relevant background is a plus
* Genuine interest in building relationships with customers and ensuring they have a positive experience
* Must be highly reliable, always on time, and a strong team player ready to do what it takes to accomplish tasks
* Ability to create good impressions and solid relationships with team members and clients
* Outstanding active listening abilities
* Able to multi-task and thrives under pressure
