As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience for our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with the enrollment process, resolving issues, and providing information about our clients' products or services.

*Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:*
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and identify potential sales opportunities
* Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
* Assist with sales efforts by identifying up-selling or cross-selling opportunities
* Respond to customer inquiries, including product questions, pricing, and enrollment
* Attend and actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
* Enhance the customer experience through positive interaction and personalized presentations
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations when handling customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with fellow team members on effective ways to overall improve business operations and increase the campaign’s progress
* Adapt to changes in customer needs, company offerings, and industry trends to provide the best possible service.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting team members and contributing to a culture of success.
* Strive to meet or exceed performance metrics, sales targets, and customer service standards set by the company.
*Customer Representative Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* At least some experience in a customer service based role
* A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
