Need person to help with cleaning and more regularly (Inland empire areas)

I need someone who is first and foremost available and ready to begin as of now.
Must have open availability and must have own vehicle.
I don't need a professional as anyone can do this tasks.
Cleaning downstairs and upstairs.
When you clean appliances please move each appliances and clean underneath.
This includes couches, table, refrigerator, stove basically any appliances and anywhere underneath trash or dirt can get under.
I want the floors mopped and swept.
You will declutter and help organize the house.
Cleaning including bedrooms and bathrooms.
If you are new to cleaning that is fine I'm just looking for someone who can help me regularly and have that open availability.
This is good for someone who is in college or single parent who needs more income.
I believe I written all necessary explanation.
