*A Flooring Wholesale Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting flooring materials from the warehouse to customers' locations.
This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Transportation of Goods:*
* Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload flooring materials to various customer locations.
* Ensure all flooring materials are securely strapped and protected during transit to prevent damage.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

* *Delivery Coordination:*
* Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch to plan delivery routes and schedules.
* Confirm delivery addresses, contact information, and any special delivery instructions with customers prior to departure.

Customer Service:*
* Provide excellent customer service by delivering flooring materials in a timely and professional manner.
* Communicate with customers regarding delivery times, delays, or any issues that may arise.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns related to deliveries with a positive and helpful attitude.
*4.
Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection:*
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor or maintenance department promptly.
* Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.

Documentation and Record Keeping:*
* Complete delivery logs, mileage records, and any required paperwork accurately and timely.
* Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers and maintain delivery documentation for record-keeping purposes.
* Ensure all delivery documentation is submitted to the appropriate departments or personnel as required.

Safety and Compliance:*
* Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
* Participate in regular safety training and adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents.
* Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and requirements.
