• MINIMUM 3 weeks out, 3 days off
• For every extra week a driver is out, they get 1 extra day at home, with a max of 7 days at home
*Equipment: *2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner.

*Utilization Bonus*: you will receive a monthly split CPM addition to your base CPM if your team manages to run a certain amount of miles in the month prior.

*Qualifications:*
- Valid CDL-A with appropriate endorsements.
- Verifiable T/T experience (minimum 3 months)
-No Serious moving violation
-No Major accident
-Strong communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of long hours on the road
-No more than 4 jobs in the last year.
