Physical Education Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement physical education lesson plans for students - Teach students various physical activities, sports, and games - Provide instruction on proper techniques and safety precautions - Assess student performance and provide feedback - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate physical education into the overall curriculum - Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events - Monitor student behavior and enforce discipline when necessary Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field - Teaching certification or licensure in Physical Education - Experience teaching physical education to students of various ages and abilities - Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies for physical education - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and engage students in physical activities - Knowledge of safety guidelines for physical education activities Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the school or district.
