Preschool Teacher

Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, physical and Spiritual development in children - Provide individualized attention and support to students - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child - Monitor and assess student progress through observations and assessments - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance - Implement early intervention strategies when necessary - Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons - Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with young learners - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements We offer competitive compensation packages, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
