Remote Didactic Medical Assistant Instructor

AUMT Institute is a highly reputable vocational training school specializing in Medical Assistant, EKG and Phlebotomy training courses.
We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic Remote Medical Assistant instructor.
\*\*Remote Learning\*\* - The instructor will teach the didactic portion of our MA course
Online Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
The instructor should be familiar with anatomy, the medical laboratory operation, MA procedures, complications, special procedures, infection control, and legal issues.
The instructor will follow the MA curriculum set forth by the campus.
The instructor will keep track of student performance as well as prepare them for their national exam.
Requirements:
- Must be a certified medical assistant by any of the following organizations: AAMA, AMCA, AMT, CCBMA, MMCI.
- Teaching experience
- Basic computer knowledge
-Computer/Laptop with web camera
Preferred:
-Familiarity with Google Classroom
- 2+ years medical assistant experience working in doctor's office, clinics, or hospitals.
- EKG Certification or experience working in the field
