25) Work Schedule: 12 months Location: Onsite Position Summary: Supports the operations of the warehouse and lending library to ensure the school is aligned with its mission, vision, and core values.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES General Duties: Maintains the school’s inventory of books, equipment, and materials at school designated storage, office, or other operational facility.
Prepares lending library orders for shipment (print order/shipping labels, pull items, package items for shipment) Prepares orders to be picked up by shipping company Maintains shipping records in lending library online system Attends trainings with the lending library team to learn how to perform job duties and obtain any updates on job duties Inputs items into the lending library system, when needed Processes lending library returns Manages the transportation of lending library materials to the schools’ authorizer location and drives to authorizer’s sites Assists with the lending library operation in all areas, as assigned Works collaboratively with other departments to locate, ship, and track lending library items for teachers, education advisors, and general department use Organizes and coordinates the management of teacher and EA item returns for all school separations Manages the Redlands storage unit, containing oversized lending library items as well as technology Other Duties Responds to all school related written correspondence, phone calls, voicemails, and emails within 24 business hours Documents and refers all formal disciplinary actions involving students and staff to school management ensuring compliance with the school’s Uniform Complaint Policy and the school’s Uniform Technology Policy; addressing and resolving complaints from students, parents, and staff in a timely manner; and complying with the provisions of California Penal Code Section 11166 (Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act) Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS GUIDE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Experience & Education: One year of related experience is preferred Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and clerical or secretarial experience is required Other Qualifications: State and federal background clearance (LiveScan) to work with students (Ed.
Code 44237).
No prospective employee can report to work without this clearance being received and Human Resources notifying the immediate supervisor of this clearance Proof of a clear TB test or completed tuberculosis risk assessment questionnaire and certificate of completion by a health care professional dated within the last 60 days (Ed.
Code 49406 and AB 1667) upon employment and thereafter updated every four years Hold and maintain a valid California Driver’s License; proof of automobile insurance; and full time use of a dependable automobile that is insured pursuant to California regulations.
