Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate foreign language lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
SPANISH CURRICULUM (based on ages 2-5) - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual needs - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom - Assess and track each child's development and provide feedback to parents - Implement early intervention strategies for children with special needs - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment - Promote literacy education through storytelling, reading, and writing activities Skills: - Experience working with young (2-5yrs) children in a daycare or classroom setting - Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special needs - Familiarity with behavior management techniques appropriate for preschool-aged children - Understanding of child welfare and the importance of creating a safe and inclusive environment - Strong classroom management skills to ensure an organized and productive learning environment - Ability to effectively communicate with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders - Proficiency in literacy education to promote language development in young children - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of each child Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
