sain smart robots 470 motherboard - $35 (Rancho Cucamonga)

I have NO idea what this is or how to use it or even what it does.
I inherited a box full of computer and robotic things, a lot never used and still in package.
He was a genius with this kind of stuff and built computers and programmed them and did robotics and 3D printing.
I don't even know what parts go to what except that he had a lot of Raspberry Pi stuff along with the robotics and printer stuff.
