Temporary Housing for Full time Student (San Bernardino)

I am looking for a temporary home for my Son until he can find something permanent.
Their rent was increased substantially to the point that they could no longer afford it.
The ideal space for them would be an affordable guest house, studio or 1 bedroom, or temporary rent.
I will be helping him with the first part of the moving-in process but it needs to be a reasonable amount to do that.
He just needs a chance to try and get ahead in life and continue his education,.
He is a good student, focusing on his career and working part-time.
He needs something that he can afford with his part-time job.
