Hello my name is Richard and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
I have been unofficially training for about 7 years and only recently got certified.
I decided to get certified because I realized that the fitness industry is my passion! I love to help others because I remember not knowing a single thing about working out.
