*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our plumbing/HVAC equipment distribution center.
The ideal candidate will lead warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate with other departments, and uphold safety standards while maximizing team efficiency.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead warehouse operations, including overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution of plumbing/HVAC equipment.
* Manage inventory levels, place orders for restocking, and purchase plumbing/HVAC equipment as needed.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational harmony and seamless workflow.
* Uphold safety standards and procedures, and train new employees on safety protocols.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
* Ability to pass a drug and background check.
* Plumbing & HVAC trade experience preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management.
* Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of making objective decisions.
* Proficient in PC and industry-specific software.
