*Job Overview:*
The Front Desk Customer Service Lead will play a crucial role in managing the evening operations at Inland Peak.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing the PM batting cage, gym, and practice turf schedules, fostering strong relationships with customers, maximizing revenue capture, and ensuring a smooth check-in process for members and teams.
Additionally, the Lead will actively promote our services, products, and packages to drive revenue growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Schedule Management:*
* Coordinate and manage schedules for the PM batting cage, gym, and practice turf.
* Ensure efficient utilization of facilities and resources during the evening shift.
* *Customer Relationship Management:*
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
* Actively engage with members and teams to address inquiries and concerns.
* *Revenue Optimization:*
* Implement strategies to capture all potential revenue opportunities.
* Promote and upsell Inland Peak services, products, and packages to drive sales growth.
* *Check-In Oversight:*
* Monitor and ensure that members and teams check in at the front desk.
* Address any issues related to check-in processes promptly.
* *Marketing Initiatives:*
* Actively market Inland Peak offerings to current and prospective members.
* Collaborate with management on new marketing initiatives to drive sales.
* *Team Management:*
* Manage batting cage attendants to maintain a clean and safe environment.
* Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure a high level of customer service.
* *Collaboration with Management:*
* Work closely with management on new initiatives and strategies for business growth.
* Contribute ideas and insights to improve overall operations and customer experience.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in customer service or front desk management.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
