Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team.
As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise bar staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective bar operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock
- Create and update drink menus based on current trends and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- \*\*MUST HAVE\*\* Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
