Job Summary and Qualifications Middle management position with responsibility for operational effectiveness within the Respiratory Department.
The supervisor works with management to assure professional practice and coordinates patient care assignments in collaboration with hospital and medical staff to achieve coordinated effective patient care.
Responsible for developing and mentoring the clinical skills in professional and ancillary staff.
What qualifications you will need: Active California RCP license BCLS Neonate Resuscitate/NRP ACLS Graduate of accredited school of respiratory approved by the AMA Preferred Bachelor of Science degree Three years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP) Riverside Community Hospital is a large acute care facility with 517 beds, established in 1901.
It has the most extensive Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the Inland Empire region and is the primary recipient of STEMI (heart attack) cases in Riverside County.
