1.
Protects the accuracy, integrity, and salability of our client's inventory entrusted
to us, through the adherence to standard operating procedures and meeting
physical inventory and/or cycle count accuracy expectations.
2.
Runs all necessary reports to determine effective action to maximize building
capacity.
3.
Operates material handling equipment to load and unload materials and move
materials within the warehouse to pick orders and put product away.
4.
Maintains customer contact.
5.
Reads and understands general instructions and prepares written reports.
6.
Understands and uses company’s warehouse management system
7.
Works in conjunction with department/area-Supervisor/Manager to ensure
assigned operation runs safely and efficiently.

Perform root cause analysis for inventory issues found through cycle counting or
brought to our attention through another outlet, including replenishment.

Aids in the development of operational improvements and enhancements.

Completes a daily walk to maintain operational and inventory control.

Manual.

Communicates effectively with Transportation, Warehouse, Management, Coworkers, and Customers.

Interacts with various levels of local management concerning daily activities.

Complies with all other procedures outlined in the Operations & Procedure
Manual.

Communicates effectively with Transportation, Warehouse, Management, Coworkers, and Customers.

Maintains daily Inventory expectations and executes accordingly

Train and develop other associates

Education and Experience
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree (Preferred)
• 3 - 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Computer applications (Microsoft Office applications, AS400), data entry, and
web-based applications experience.
• Must be able to excel in a team oriented environment and be comfortable leading
teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
