* BBS licensed MFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD or PhD * 2 years-post licensure experience with ability to provide Clinical Supervision to registered Interns/Associates and/or Practicum students in Behavioral Services or Psychology related fields, preferred * Valid CA Driver's License * Meets agency driver eligibility criteria * BLS CPR/First Aid *How you will make a difference*: Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to oversight responsibilities.
Clinical Supervisor acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff.
This position participates in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and revision of the clinical treatment program.
Clinical Supervisor represents the agency to county agencies and the community.
Clinical Supervisor meets with clients, provides direct care and treatment, and may be involved in the client grievance process.
Clinical Supervisor is responsible for facility/program management.
This position has the responsibility of and provides direct clinical supervision of BBS licensed staff, ensuring services are in accordance with BBS standards and signs-off on BBS hours.
Mobile crisis services are a community-based intervention designed to provide de-escalation and relief to individuals experiencing a behavioral health or substance use-related crisis wherever they are, including at home, work, school, or in the community.
Mobile crisis services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of trained behavioral health professionals.
Mobile crisis services provide rapid response, individual assessment and community-based stabilization to individuals who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Mobile crisis services are designed to provide relief to beneficiaries experiencing a behavioral health crisis, including through de-escalation and stabilization techniques; reduce the immediate risk of danger and subsequent harm; and avoid unnecessary emergency department care, psychiatric inpatient hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement.
*Division/Program Overview: * * Rapid mental health assessment and crisis intervention * All age groups – children, adolescents, adults, and older adults – who need immediate access to crisis mental health services.
* The program provides important services to those in need of immediate crisis intervention and stabilization * Individuals served will be provided with support and services to ensure their safety.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.
