Fixed Operations Director

This is a boots on the ground position as the Fixed Ops Director will be expected to be hands on with each dealership to add another layer of accountability.
This individual will oversee service and parts for five locations and report directly to the President.
* Must be metrics focused, strong with KPIs, * Strong trainer & coach * Clear communicator that does not get "lost" between the different stores.
* Demonstrated experience driving profit and managing expenses.
* Experience on Reynolds and TruVideo a big plus.
* Imperative to have multi-store experience.

Compensation in the 150K-250K range based on experience, performance, and track record with room for growth.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.
