Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join our team at Kona Tea Boba shop.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage a team.
Duties: - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, & food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment - Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Oversee the implementation of POS systems and ensure accurate record-keeping - Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and improvement Skills: - Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and experience in the coffee industry - Proficiency in food production, food preparation, bartending, and kitchen management - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff members.
