Trim Manager

Responsibilities The Trim Manager will direct workflow and lead others in a positive productive manner.
The ideal candidate for this position is equally comfortable directing others and carrying out tasks themselves.
This role is responsible for overseeing 15-20 employees and controls workflow of trimming and QC in a fast-paced environment.
He/she will work with the operations manager and quality assurance to inspect product during trim for quality defects to ensure the procedures are being followed and meet specific requirements set forth by company guidelines.
Experience: - Previous experience in cultivation management or a related field preferred - Knowledge of greenhouse operations, landscape maintenance, and mechanical systems - Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions - Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data analysis - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and leadership abilities Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the cultivation.
