Retail Store Visual Manager: Summary The Regional Visual Manager oversees the store-level execution of the Company’s visual merchandising.

This involves overseeing the execution of the Company’s visual design and merchandising strategies, coaching, Store visual team members to exceptional performance, developing visual merchandising plans, and maintaining a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
The Regional Visual Manager is responsible for multiple stores within a defined geographic region.
Primary Job Functions Develop and execute visual merchandising goals designed to increase business and improve store aesthetics.
Ensure store display layout plan and design execution, including furniture, sets, signing, accent lighting, fixtures, etc.
, comply with Company standards and present an inviting showroom floor.
Collaborate with the store visual merchandising team to maintain and improve store interior and exterior appearance and audio/visual impact to entice additional sales.
·Oversee and audit product and accessory selection, merchandise receipt, inventorying, accurate point of purchase materials, and price tagging as well as showroom placement to ensure optimal assortment by store.
Work with store management to resolve visual issues such as adjacencies, sale events, visual set-ups, promotions, special events, etc.

Remerchandise displays, points of sale, and other store areas to maximize product sell-through.
Oversee to ensure visual orders for display materials and supplies are placed promptly.
Optimize the use of display materials and reallocate within the region when necessary.
Execute the visual design strategy and oversee the implementation for all new store openings.
Collaborate with the retail Visual department to set visual goals that support the achievement of the Company’s product sales volume and financial objectives.
Assist in the development of store visual design, including the creation and production of store display themes, layouts, colors, signage, and props.
Plan seasonal visual collateral in collaboration with the Visual department and store operations management.
Collaborate with store operations management to evaluate merchandise plans, product sales targets, and profit goals; make adjustments if projected goals are not being achieved.
Analyze floor plans and customer flow patterns to determine optimal locations for displays.
Maintain high levels of knowledge on all Company products, initiatives, and merchandising/visual procedures.
Create a CAD plan for each store based on the merchandising transitions, as assigned.
Perform regular competitive shopping to stay abreast of fashion styles, design trends, competitor’s work, etc.
Maintain up-to-date professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing professional networks.
May make employment decisions and/or recommendations on hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, pay adjustments, etc.
May coordinate and manage the work of employees by directing members of the team to meet the area’s goals.
Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to.
May manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring, and administering performance reviews.
Recommend, plan, and/or implement employee training and skill development activities.
May audit, maintain, and ensure employee time-keeping and absentee records are accurate.
May communicate company and departmental issues and goals and facilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities.
May manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials.
Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
Job Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree in Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required.
Experience: 4 years experience in retail visual merchandising or design, Required Supervisory/Management Experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong project management skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Work independently as well as in a team environment • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Maintain confidentiality.
