ABA Supervisor $25-$35

*Job Description:* We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Behavioral Intervention Supervisor.
Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing behavioral interventionists, creating and implementing client-specific programs, and ensuring accurate documentation.
*Duties and Responsibilities:* * Supervise behavioral interventionists to ensure accurate data collection.
* Develop and deliver client-specific programs, including parent education goals.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of skill acquisition, behavioral intervention, and interventionist evaluations.
* Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
* Foster professional and frequent communication between clients and employees.
* Perform other duties as necessary.
*Requirements:* * Master's Degree or enrollment in a Master's program.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing or designing ABA-based interventions for children with autism.
* CPR Certification.
* Passed TB Test.
* Clear criminal history.
* Reliable transportation and active auto insurance.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bilingual skills are a plus.
* Sometimes remote work may be required.
* Experience with FBA's (Functional Behavior Assessments) is a plus.
