The County of Riverside's Office on Aging (OoA) is seeking a dynamic leader for the position of Regional Manager, Social Services, who will be assigned to their Programs and Operations Team in Riverside.
The incumbent will have full responsibility and accountability for overseeing the Call Center.
Duties will include full supervision of work staff, management of budget, and ensuring records/files are properly maintained.
The incumbent may travel throughout the County of Riverside and attend conferences as needed.
The most competitive candidate will possess and demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving/resolution, and great communication skills.
The department seeks candidates that have experience with the Adult population, Community Partnerships, Access Database, and knowledge with CalAid and healthcare plans.
Additionally, the incumbent will develop and present information in small groups and community events where they will explain department programs, partnerships, and provide information on various resources available to the community.
At this time, the position has the opportunity for a hybrid telework schedule based on business need, however job expectations, at times will require in person interaction.
Telework may change at any time and you will be expected to report to the office.
This class has been deemed eligible for the Performance Recognition Plan as set forth under Article 3, Section 311 of the County Management Resolution.
