Who We're Looking For
We are currently looking to hire a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team.
They will have experience rooming patients, knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays, proper animal handling and restraint, surgical assisting experience, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.

Requirements:
Registered Veterinary Technician (license must be current)
4+ years of veterinary experience (required)
Must be available Saturdays (mandatory)
Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
Passion for working with animals and their owners
Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
Obtaining accurate and thorough medical histories
TPR
Assisting doctor and other technical staff with restraint
Blood draws (cephalic, saphenous, and jugular)
Placing IV catheters
Digital radiology including positioning.
Dentistry (digital x-rays, scaling, polishing)
Anesthesia (induction, intubation, monitoring, aseptic technique)
Laboratory skills such as ear and fecal cytology; HM5; Vetscan; Sedivue
Excellent client communication/education
Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
