We are looking for a clinically experienced nurse who has nursing documentation/charting skills and is a fast learner with great communication skills.

Your Role in our Company Will Be
The RN travels to a patient's home to administer their services and helps patients maintain their independence.
Their duties include: Administering at-home IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds, in-depth assessments, overseeing patient treatment plans, As well as Updating Doctors & The Agency about their patient's health.
Documentation and communication with the Agency is done through Synergy Software.
AVAILABILITY:
Our patients need care 7 days a week, although you have flexibility in your scheduling, we do ask that you are able to work at least two-three days each week (or ten productivity units), one weekend a month, and two holidays per year (one winter and one summer)
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem, Full-time
Pay: $50.
00 - $145.
00 per visit ( Depending on the type of visit)

IV/Phlebotomy Certified (Required)
Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS documentation (Preferred)
