10 years experience in performing Real Estate Appraisal Data Entry reports and ability to prepare a full appraisal report with WinToal by alamode appraisal software.
My ability to handle types of appraisals like, Single Family Residential (1004), Condo/PUD (1073), 2-4 Units (1025), Drive-by (2055), Manufactured Homes (1004C), etc.
Performing and entering data collected from appraiser's field work, search and pulling data from MLS and public records, make adjustments to comparable properties, create a property sketch and upload all maps including, Plat, Aerial, Flood, Zoning and location maps.
After entering all data collected from appraiser, make adjustments and upload all required forms, the report will be sent to the appraiser for a review and completion.
