Bellasposa Bridal & Photography is looking for an energetic, ambitious and dedicated bridal stylist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to all clients looking for their dream wedding dress.
The ideal role will be a focused, motivated and a steward of the brand.
Embracing the highest level of customer service, and attention to detail.
We are looking for a candidate that can: * Provide continuous assistance in customer care.
* Provide a professional and exceptional level of service for all clients, while maintaining positive interaction with customers * Represent Bellasposa's standards of customer service during appointments with brides *Duties and responsibilities* As a Bridal Stylist you are responsible for meeting and or exceeding the following job requirements.
The following requirements are not limited to: * Provide excellent customer service and sales skills with ALL CLIENTS both internal and external.
* All product knowledge in all designers’ styles, colors, size charts and measurements, fabric and knowledge of laces, what dresses have in stock program availability.
* Have ongoing self-education regarding Bridal.
* Be aware of what dresses we have available in our store and what season and collection the dresses are from.
* Product knowledge is key and being able to talk to your clients with confidence will ensure a better bridal salon experience from the start to the finish.
* Meet monthly sales goals and maintain good relationships with customers in providing calling clients with status information, follow up calls and emails.
* Ensure you follow what is in the Bellasposa Guide Book and treat everyone with utmost professionalism and respect.
* Pick up and try on of wedding gowns, setting appointments, answering phones, checking out customers and doing a sales order for alterations.
* Assisting walk in customers who are just looking around, assisting customers interested in photography.
Customers who come to our store for any reason regardless if they are purchasing a dress may be assigned to you and should be treated with 100% respect.
Creating good will is part of your job responsibility.
* Setting appointments on the calendar and educating customers on the process of purchasing, fitting and taking home their wedding gown.
* Perfect paperwork, handling of cash, covering paperwork with customers and detailing terms and conditions with customers, sizing of brides to have the best fit on gowns when they arrive in the store.
Contributing to the cleanliness of the store as directed or assigned.
Following through and completing all assigned duties.
* Getting your customers to pick up their wedding gown within 10 days of gown arriving in the store * Note: Failure to meet your monthly sales goals 2 month consecutively will result in a written warning and not meeting your goal the 3rd month will result in further disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
Duties will be assigned by floor manager and must be done regardless of your turn on rotation.
Every effort will be made to not let non commission duties effect your rotation but when it is unavoidable you are expected to do your assigned task.
Customer service is our/your number one priority.
Bellasposa and its agents will not be responsible to follow through, confirm, or notify consultant of any appointment made specifically with them.
It is the responsibility of the consultant to verify and track any appointment made with them specifically.
*Qualifications:* Sales Consultants must be able to possess great inter personal skills.
Must have the desire to go above and beyond job requirements.
Be self-motivated, driven and possess a high level of integrity and desire for service.
Must be goal oriented, driven and have a team player attitude.
Must be able to easily establish rapport with clients and fellow colleagues.
All qualifications comply with provincial human rights legislation.
Qualifications include: * Must be able to work directly with the public without exception.
* Must possess innate ability to establish instant rapport with customers, have excellent listening, speaking, writing and people skills.
* Must have strong work ethic; proven to be responsible and eager to learn.
* Professional mannerism, behavior and attitude are a must.
* Experience in exemplary customer service and.
* Must be computer literate and able to work with basic office equipment.
* Must be able to work weekends *Working conditions* Working conditions will include, working indoors typically unless asked to attend an outdoor event.
Often a Service Representative must help address difficult issues that require sensitivity.
Stress may occur under pressure.
*Physical requirements* Service Representative will require standing for extended periods of time, approximately 5 hours per day.
May require extended periods of sitting, standing and lifting a minimum of 25 pounds.
Carrying approximately ten pound dresses at a time.
Walking up and down stairs.
Must be able to lift above head without assistance.
*Directly reports to:* Store Manager, Floor Manager and other management personnel as appropriate.
