Service Drive Greeter

*JOB SUMMARY* We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Greeter to join our team.
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering our service department.
Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
*DUTIES* - Greet customers as they enter the service drive with a warm and friendly demeanor - Provide information about products, promotions, and services - Direct customers to the appropriate department or sales associate - Maintain a clean and organized entrance area - Manage customer flow to ensure an efficient and pleasant experience - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals *Qualifications* - Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal - Professional demeanor If you enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
