Shift Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team.
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring excellent customer service.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties: - Manage and supervise store staff during assigned shifts - Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge - Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members - Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels - Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties accurately - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new team members Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Previous experience in store management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in math for cash handling and payroll purposes - Knowledge of retail sales techniques and wireless sales experience is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Familiarity with training development is desirable Join our team as a Shift Manager and take your career to the next level.
