As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations and ensuring its success.

Responsibilities: - Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets - Train, coach, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service - Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize profitability - Collaborate with the corporate office on marketing initiatives and promotions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Requirements: - Proven experience in retail management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software - Knowledge of inventory control procedures - Ability to negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing terms - Strong administrative abilities, including record keeping and scheduling - Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries - Demonstrated ability to drive retail sales and achieve targets If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for retail management, we would love to hear from you.
