Job description:
We are seeking a Cashier to become part of our team! You will be responsible for assisting our customers in ViaCash Store using related equipment to conduct monetary transactions.
Responsibilities
Open and close the store daily.
Follow all safety guidelines.
Assist store customers.
Resolve customers' issues.
Enter daily sales report in Excel.
Deposit funds into ViaSafe.
Prepare reports at shift end.
Balance cash drawer.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Bilingual skills required: English and Spanish.
Excellent customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to operate available equipment, such as computers, calculators, scanners, copy machines.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Basic math skills.
Attention to detail
Education And Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent desired.
1 year of retail experience.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs.
