Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing North America Marketing strategy, creating the marketing plan for online, offline, media and regularly monitoring the results to course correct when necessary.
Major Responsibilities
-The role works closely with North America sales team and HQ product team (i.
e.
local marketing plan including advertising/digital/in-store, localize sales presentation material, product development US version package) for brand/IP management and agency partners (i.
e.
Marketing services, Retail Marketing, Researching)
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms,Including TV platform, digital, social media, and outdoor/indoor.
Understands market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and create effective campaigns.
-Manage the social media campaign, set up target and responsible for the result,
- Responsible for good marketing sense, ROI oriented, balancing between investment and broadcasting and placement result.
-Oversee, monitors and analyzes the IP awareness and marketing performance.
Analyze the competitors’ IP performance, Utilizes various tools to track KPI’s, generate reports and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Knowledge and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration ,media, advertising or related field preferred.
· 3-4 years’ experience in Toys industry consumer and brand marketing.
Good experience in digital(YouTube, Ingram TikTok、SNS etc), Have KOL resources is a plus.
· Experience at placing the content to the top cartoon TV is a big plus, balancing between the investment and content placement.
· Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges and improving themselves.
· Strategies thinking aligned with the overall brand objectives; analytical with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.

· Exceptional level of support, service, and teamwork with retailers, North America sales team, HQ marketing, HQ product team, merchandising team and outside vendors to meet objectives and ensure smooth project management.
