Auto Group is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to support the implementation of all marketing activities.
Main Areas of Responsibility
This individual is responsible for providing product/service support to peer and managers within the organization and working with management on other assigned tasks.

Responsibilities
Monitor reputation sites (example – Yelp, Cars.
com, etc.
), and assist in posting responses
Monitor brand and competitor communications
Data entry
Proofing and editing marketing communications including print ads, direct mail, and website content
Craft and post content as well as monitor the accounts and responding to posts made by external customers
Contribute to content on social accounts, including photographs, video clips, images, and articles
Work closely with store managers, especially in sales departments by crafting compelling collateral for new business, identifying new leads, compiling industry news and high-reaching campaigns, and helping out at team and community events
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in administrative work required
Ability to lead and work with multiple departments to execute enterprise goals for social media
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and coordinate own work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong math and data entry skills
Excellent writing, editing, and copyediting skills.
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google Drive programs
Content management experience
Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design experience a plus
Tactfulness in working with internal and external partners.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential material.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Knowledge of auto industry a plus
