Pawn Broker/Sales Associate

Popular Jewelry and Loan is looking for a motivated and energetic individual.
We strive to provide quality customer service to everyone that walks through our door.
Good customer service is a must, maintaining and creating trust with our long term and new customers is what keeps us in business.
Position is full-time Monday-Saturday *No experience necessary, will provide training.
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities: - Evaluate and appraise items brought in for pawn or sale - Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with customers - Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information - Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of items - Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Process pawn tickets, payments, and redemptions Skills: - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and paperwork - Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively - Technical sales knowledge to assess the value of items accurately - Proficient in English for effective communication with customers and colleagues Spanish speaker is preferred but not required.
