Licensed Insurance Agent

Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries.
- Market and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with claims filing and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
