Area Manager/Supervisor

*IEFM Communications *is a distributor of the Lifeline/ACP Program .
We are looking for *Area Managers* to manage a team of field agents including recruit new hires to *provide essential services to low-income families* throughout different communities! Your job will be to manage a team of field agents in different areas that will be giving away Free Tablet Upgrades with Free Broadband Service on demand to qualified applicants through the Lifeline/ACP Program.
Through our program you will be provided with hands-on management training on how to manage field agents, distribute Lifeline/ACP tablets and inventory.
We will also provide key blueprints for success as a IEFM *Area Manager.
* *Our Ideal Representative*: * Enjoy helping people in your community * Strong communication and presentation skills * Bilingual is a plus (not required) * Leadership skills *Qualifications*: * Must be 18 years or older * Must have own vehicle and drivers license (Ability to carry equipment to job site) *Responsibilities*: * Teach field agents how to assist customers through a 5-minute application process * Teach field agents how to verify customers’ identity and proof of eligibility of benefits (including Food Stamp Card, Medical, SSI Award Letter, etc.
) * Teach field agents how to activate and Issue Customers Tablets * Provide new areas with our directors for field agents to distribute Lifeline/ACP tablets.
* Create new strategies for field agents to distribute Lifeline/ACP tablets.
