Business Development Associate

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will be responsible for utilizing sales experience, excellent customer services skills, and networking to capture new revenue and expand current relationships to meet company sales goals.
The Associate will assist with the creation and implementation of an effective sales strategy to achieve the established sales goals.
Bachelor's degree (B.

or B.

) in Business or related field from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience One year of experience working in a laboratory.
All education, credentials and previous experience will be verified.
Execute renewal discussions proactively and execute profitable renewals with existing customers to meet the company’s retention goals.
Analyze and negotiate appropriate price increases for contract renewals.
Proactively grows existing account to meet annual expansion goals.
Continually finding and generating profitable business from new customers to meet annual sales goals.
Proactively reach out to non-active accounts per the sales plan.
