As the Sales/Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales force, focusing on both account retention and the successful introduction of new products and services.
We are seeking a candidate with extensive professional B2B experience who can develop and execute effective business strategies to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
* Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with executive decision makers.
* Maintain and expand existing client base through proactive engagement and outstanding customer service.
* Sales and Marketing Leadership:
* Direct and coordinate sales activities, including the promotion and marketing of products and services.
* Develop comprehensive field sales action plans and implement them effectively.
* Cultivate a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals.
* Strategic Planning and Execution:
* Collaborate with the creative team to coordinate marketing initiatives, supporting advertising and promotional efforts.
* Provide strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and optimize revenue potential.
* Manage key customer relationships, providing guidance and support to execute and close strategic opportunities.
* Travel and Market Engagement:
* Travel as required, including client visits, domestic and international market exploration, and participation in trade shows.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Exceptional management, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Proficient in digital literacy and technical sales skills.
* In-depth knowledge and experience within the automotive industry.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated formal presentation skills.
* Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, both within the organization and externally.
* Possess a strong business acumen, industry expertise, and excellent negotiating skills.
