*Job Description*
As an Life Insurance Sales Agent on our team, you will be responsible for generating new business by educating potential customers about their insurance needs, sell, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of our prospective customers.
The goal is to build strong positive relationships to ensure growth and increase your reputation as an agent.

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Time management and organizational skills
* Customer service skills
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
* Ability to work as a team to reach goals
* Must have a great attitude and work ethic
* Demonstrated career progression and job stability
* *Bilingual in Spanish is PREFERRED*
* No direct experience is necessary to be considered
*What You Will Be Doing (Duties)*
* Participate and engage in our trainings to expand your job knowledge and learn about new products and services
* Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to propose insurance plans
* Take initiative and work independently while working in a fast-pace environment
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
* Meet sales targets and develop sales techniques
* Reach out to customer leads by using our in house platforms
* Exceed client expectations by resolving customer problems and complaints
* Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client’s experience
* Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.
