POSITION SUMMARY The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the National Retail activation performance in their assigned territory.
The primary responsibilities will be focused on developing business partnerships with existing and prospective retailers at a level sufficient to achieve the activation quota for your assigned territory.
As part of the National Retail channel development plan, you may be tasked with supervising, coaching and managing PerfectVision Sales Representatives in your assigned territory.

Essential Functions Statement(s) Develop, implement and maintain strategies to gain sufficient volume of business partners to sell within retail stores within assigned territory to achieve activation quota.
Collaborate with Outside Territory Managers to recruit retailers from our core business to participate in the National Retail Channel.
Collaborate with Business Development team to develop prospects appropriate for national retail.
Maintain prospect list for your assigned territory with depth in each major metropolitan area that you will travel to and onboard new retailers who will focus on National Retail.
Manage, train, direct and supervise direct reports if assigned.
Participate in recruiting, interviewing and making hiring recommendations for sales representatives for your assigned territory.
Assign store locations for sales representatives and provide training on core responsibilities.
Meet with each sales representative to review results, provide coaching and instruction weekly.
Develop, implement and maintain core training topics, such as helping sales team members position new programming offers and packages, defining features, solution selling, attachment sales and overall marketing strategies.
Work directly with clients to drive and increase sales of the client’s products and services through training programs.
Continual development of programs and education for clients on how to sell the products and services through training activities.
Use of training, observation, and collaboration on ideas to demonstrate to and educate clients about sales techniques and new and current promotional activities.
Become the product expert on all aspects of products and services, including technology, plans, promotions, sales techniques, best practices, computer system and on-line tools, activations procedures and methods, and credit and escalation processes.
Maintain contact with business partners and vendors throughout the industry, which requires frequent interaction at the client’s site and within Perfect 10.
Attend trade shows, conferences or other industry-related events to help strengthen existing Perfect 10/client relationships, develop new relationships, remain current on industry issues, increase awareness of competitive offerings, and promote Perfect 10 products and services.
Continually improve the effectiveness and enhance productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members within the department and throughout the organization.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Education High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Bachelor degree in business preferred Experience Two to three years of experience outside sales or training in the satellite industry working with the dealer base, a plus.
Three to five years developing and implementing training programs, required.
Experience with marketing and business plan development, a plus.
Knowledge of metrics and factors that drive dealer activity and contribute to dealer success.
Computer Skills Knowledge in Microsoft AX, SalesForce and WebSearch a plus.
Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft Excel.
Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar to perform various functions, importing/exporting documents, and calculating numbers.
Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft Outlook.
Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding and replying to incoming e-mail, attaching computerized files, and utilizing calendar and task reminders.
Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft Word.
Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, editing, naming and saving documents, formatting text, and printing.
Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating presentations, adding new slides, previewing a presentation, using graphic images from various sources, adding animation, applying a template, adding slide transitions, using outlines and the drawing toolbar.
