At Creative Perspectives, we are looking for a Sales Manager Trainee to join our growing team.
As a Sales Manager Trainee, you'll work closely with senior sales managers to drive sales, facilitate customer enrollment, and build a positive rapport for our clients within the local community.
Your responsibilities include customer outreach, sales presentations, resolving customer issues and fostering positive relationships with current and future customers.
*Entry Level Account Manager* *Responsibilities: *
* Work hands-on with senior sales managers to drive sales and meet company standards
* Assist senior sales management in analyzing company gross sales reports, increase profit margins and design strategic sales strategies to enhance customer retention
* Attend our comprehensive training meetings to acquire leadership skills, master core company values, and stay knowledgeable of current deals or sales promotions
* Quickly resolve customer complaints and dilemmas with elegant solutions that exceed overall satisfaction
* Comply with company guidelines and standards in all areas of operations including customer relations, team management, exceeding sales trajectories, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery
* Establish and maintain relationships with customers and sales team through respectful, friendly, and effective communication
*Entry Level Account Manager Requirements: *
* Proven success in Management, Sales, Leadership or Communications fields
* Bachelors in Business Management, Communications, Marketing or related areas
* High School Diploma or GED Required
* Previous experience in Entry Level Management, Assistant Management, or leadership preferred but not required
* Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
* Outgoing, confident, and articulate individual who flourishes in social environments
* Capable of taking initiative and possessing skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution
* Maintain an engaged, productive team through influential leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leading by example
* Ability to work productively with a diverse team, welcome and adapt adequately to change, and respond to feedback professionally

Pay: Following a paid training period, pay for this position is based on personal performance and strictly commission based.
